At Kandle Kemistry Co., we take great pride in making sure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. Because each order is handcrafted in small batches, we take the time to carefully prepare every package before it heads your way.
📦 Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 24–72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping options, including Economy and Standard Shipping, are available at checkout.

Enjoy FREE Economy Shipping on all domestic orders of $35 or more.
🏡 Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for eligible customers in our area. If local delivery is available for your address, you'll see it as an option during checkout.

📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered processing, we'll do our best to update your shipping address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
If an order is returned to Kandle Kemistry Co. because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout, additional shipping charges will apply before the package can be reshipped.
Kandle Kemistry Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays that are beyond our control.
- While we'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, Kandle Kemistry Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
